Refund & Return Policy

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request the return within 14 days of the delivery date

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

• Items must be returned in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, in compliance with Shopify Payments requirements

• Processing times vary by payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days

• Original shipping fees are not refunded

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter in accordance with U.S. consumer protection guidelines.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, returns must be refunded first, and a new order may be placed.
